About The Position

In this role, you will impact the smooth operation of our manufacturing and supply chain processes by maintaining accurate material records, supporting procurement activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

Requirements

Experience in materials management or supply chain support within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and material planning processes.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent for managing material transactions and reporting.
Ability to analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies or trends to support continuous improvement.
Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier coordination to ensure timely material availability.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in materials management or supply chain roles.
Knowledge of MRP systems and inventory optimization techniques.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting process improvements.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure material availability for production schedules.
Support material planning activities by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and deliveries.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow and minimize delays.
