Requirements

• A team-first attitude with flexibility and a willingness to adapt
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn medical supplies and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
• A proactive mindset—you notice what needs to be done and jump in

Nice To Haves

• Previous inventory, supply chain, or healthcare experience
• Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels in assigned areas and ensure supplies are fully stocked
• Monitor supply rotation and expiration dates to maintain quality and safety
• Order supplies using requisitions, inventory systems, email, or verbal requests, ensuring accuracy of vendor and pricing information
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing lists
• Keep supply areas organized, accurate, and efficient
• Support additional tasks that help the department run smoothly (because every day is a little different!)
