About The Position
Under the supervision of the Materials Management Supervisor, the incumbent prioritizes and processes Warehouse work/trip requests, warehouse requisitions, and operates none CDL Vehicles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Valid Class D -driver’s license required with a valid medical card.
- Must be able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach lifts and other equipment used in Warehouse operations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, compute ratio, rate and percent.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
- May occasionally be required to type and operate basic computer software applications.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move and/or lift up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities

- Process warehouse requisitions.
- Operate none CDL Vehicles.
