Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • Ability to use a computer/work processing is also required
  • Experience in inventory control, purchasing order processing and shipping/receiving is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receiving orders
  • Picking, packing and preparing supplies for delivery and distribution throughout the district
  • Inventory and maintenance of stock levels within the District’s on-hand office supplies and products
  • Assists the Director of Materials Management and the Purchasing Agent when and where needed
  • Performs the duties of the Purchasing Agent in the absence of the Purchasing Agent
