About The Position

Shape the Flow of Materials at RiteScreen Picture your day starting with a quick scan of the ERP dashboard. You verify last night’s receipts, check cycle counts, and prioritize replenishments. A call from Purchasing comes in—you collaborate to expedite a time-sensitive order, then head to the warehouse to validate incoming materials and tidy labeling to 5S standards. By afternoon, you’re finalizing a report on delivery status and inventory health for leadership and sharing data that helps evaluate vendor performance. Every step you take keeps production moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in inventory management, purchasing, or materials handling.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to data accuracy and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with 5S and cycle counting.
  • Experience with ERP systems—or the drive to learn quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundation in supply chain management principles.
  • Knowledge of planning, procurement, and logistics.
  • Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory stewardship : Receive, store, and issue materials while keeping precise records and ensuring accuracy through cycle counts.
  • Quality + systems : Verify materials meet specifications and record transactions in the ERP with flawless data integrity.
  • Planning and replenishment : Monitor stock levels, anticipate reorder points, and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid shortages.
  • Logistics partnering : Track shipments and work closely with Purchasing to expedite orders when needed; support regional material strategies with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Vendor insights : Provide key data to inform supplier performance evaluations.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present clear updates on inventory levels, delivery status, and related activities.
  • Organization & safety : Maintain a well-labeled, orderly storage area aligned to 5S; adhere to safety and quality protocols.
  • Material movement : Transport materials between departments using manual or powered material handling equipment as needed.
  • Team support : Pitch in on additional tasks as directed by management.
