About The Position

Rehlko is looking for a detail oriented and outgoing individual as a Materials Coordinator . As a Materials Coordinator, you will schedule, plan, coordinate, and expedite shipments through the Mosel finished goods facility. Specific responsibilities: Plan expedites and controls all products under his/her responsibility using Sap. Verifies stock availability for finished goods & loose accessories. Monitor incoming truck gate Mosel. Expedites hot orders for customers and parts needed from Mosel facility. Generates proper shipping paperwork. Develop reports, initiates correspondence, work on special projects, or performs other duties as directed by the supervisor. Coordinates product flow, audits shop floor system, and continue liaison with floor Supervision and material truckers. Monitor and review requirements and schedules daily.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Basic understanding of Shipping/traffic.
Experience in shipping preferred.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Must be able to make sound decisions.
Must be able to work under stress.
