About The Position
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Materials Line ID Operator. This position is responsible for moving parts to and from assembly lines and warehouses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in inventory management and tracking, materials, inventory preferred.
- Ability to read numbers and use scanners
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
Nice To Haves
- basic knowledge of SAP and basic knowledge and ability to use SAP transactions
Responsibilities
- Receive oral and/or written instructions from supervisor and/or lead.
- Receive, count and visually inspect and verify part numbers on materials.
- Monitor assigned queue for requested materials from production and report any/all discrepancies to supervisor.
- Check material for defects, move material to all areas of the plant and report in the warehouse SAP system.
- Will be required to use scanners for all part moves and will need basic knowledge of SAP and basic knowledge and ability to use SAP transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
