About The Position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCB”s). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. The Material Handler Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing material to operations. This role helps maintain accurate inventory levels, ensures products are properly stocked, and supports smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Able to lift to 40lbs, and exercise extreme physical mobility.
  • Good English and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate clearly, as well as good interpersonal skills.
  • Good reading vision.
  • Ability to work up to 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, available for overtime and must be flexible with hours.
  • Using one's own hands and arms in handling, installing, forming, positioning, and moving materials, or in manipulating things, including the use of keyboards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to resolve shipment discrepancies
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory systems preferred.
  • Prior experience working in stockroom/inventory departments desired.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes
  • Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipping systems

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and/or invoices
  • Unload, unpack, and organize material in the stockroom
  • Label, sort, and store products in designated locations
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods
  • Replenish production floor or department stock as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom
  • Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or scanners when needed
  • Follow company safety procedures and inventory control practices
  • As needed, prepare items for shipment by assembling, addressing, stamping, packaging and shipping product.
  • Arrange the transportation of products.
  • Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Handling paperwork, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Order packing supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicates to supervisor’s safety hazards.
