Responsibilities

Operate manual and motorized material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and picking carts, in compliance with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
Receive, inspect, verify, and distribute incoming supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring shipments match packing slips and purchase orders.
Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, rotating inventory, identifying shortages, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, and reporting stock-outs or discrepancies.
Utilize inventory, purchasing, patient charge, and replenishment scanning systems to issue supplies, process patient charges, replenish stock, and resolve receiving, shipment, purchasing, and inventory-related issues.
Restock nursing units, supply carts, PAR carts, crash carts, storage areas, and other designated locations; monitor expiration dates and ensure supplies are properly organized and maintained.
Exchange, replenish, charge, and inspect adult and pediatric crash carts, including verification of expired or used supplies.
Deliver and retrieve patient care equipment, disaster carts, supplies, and other materials throughout the facility, ensuring critical items are available when needed.
Clean, maintain, and prepare equipment, carts, supply rooms, storage areas, and workspaces to support efficient operations and workplace safety.
Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate with department staff to support operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Promote positive working relationships with internal and external customers through responsive, professional service.
