About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Materials Handler / Shipper-Receiver to support warehouse operations and keep production running smoothly. In this role, you’ll help receive materials, manage inventory, prepare jobs for production, and ensure accurate, on‑time shipments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and collaborate with production and supply chain teams.

Nice To Haves

• JobBOSS and Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Forklift/PIT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and enter them into JobBOSS.
• Keep raw stock organized, labeled, and accurately inventoried.
• Prepare and distribute materials for upcoming jobs.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS/FedEx/WorldShip.
• Assist with OSP items and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
