About The Position

This is an onsite, full-time role for a Materials Handler on the 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–1:30pm. The Materials Handler will keep materials moving accurately and on time to support production and shipping. This role directly impacts manufacturing flow, inventory accuracy, and downstream teams such as production and shipping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant materials handling or warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email) and familiarity with MRP/ERP concepts
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Skilled in cycle-counting and operating powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment
• Availability to work daily and weekend overtime as needed and maintain regular, punctual attendance

Nice To Haves

• Prior ERP/MRP system experience

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials against purchase orders or invoices
• Load and unload trucks and prepare goods for final shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges
• Maintain records of received goods, rejects, and merchandise shipped
• Distribute materials to inventory locations and manufacturing lines and perform cycle-counting
• Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment safely
• Follow established safety policies and work instructions; perform other duties as assigned
