Requirements

  • Comply with all applicable GE HealthCare quality system requirements, including Stop Orders, Concessions, Non‑Conforming Material controls, material identification and segregation, documentation configuration control, Good Documentation Practices, approved supplier/sourcing, and DMR/DHR requirements relevant to the role.
  • Adhere to the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Policies, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Complete all required quality and compliance training within established timelines.
  • Proactively identify, report, and address quality or compliance concerns, taking corrective action as required.
  • High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
  • Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language (English).
  • Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Ability to communicate well and work with others.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to consistently lift, stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of computerized material flow methods.
  • Basic knowledge of quality and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis methods.
  • Prior experience using a forklift and weight scales.

Responsibilities

  • Perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and document non‑conforming materials.
  • Receive, issue, and process materials against purchase orders, work orders, and material requisitions using electronic material management systems.
  • Move materials within and between designated areas using handcarts, forklifts, or other approved equipment.
  • Coordinate with on‑site and off‑site warehousing and logistics partners to support material storage, replenishment, and availability.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation; report issues to the Supervisor as required.
  • Maintain and review required documentation to ensure accurate tracking, allocation, and distribution of regulated materials.
  • Collaborate with logistics, production, and cross‑functional teams to resolve and prevent material shortages.
  • Read and follow applicable work instructions, bills of materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support training of new hires, as needed.
  • Comply with all EHS and Quality System requirements.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
