General Summary

This position is responsible for operating a company vehicle - box truck to make deliveries to Wallside Hub locations in Grand Rapids, Lansing and Saginaw.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
• Self-motivated and self-directed, ability to work with little or no supervision
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and good time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and use sound judgment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience driving a box truck (26 feet or longer) is required!
• This position will require employee to already have (preferably) or to obtain (and maintain) a chauffer’s license and medical certification for driving.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles to make deliveries to Wallside Hub locations and other locations as needed
• Loading and unloading of the delivery truck
• Maintaining pre and post inspection logs
• Maintaining driving logs
• Taking inventory
• Organizing and cleaning up both inside and outside of the locations
• Pulling files and any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by your immediate supervisor, the Plant Manager, Operations Manager and/or Management, as this is not meant to be an exhaustive list.
