About The Position

Join Xerox as a Materials Engineer II, where you will apply your expertise in semiconductor materials to support the development and delivery of xerographic printers, scanners, and related technologies. This hands-on engineering role combines laboratory analysis, technical problem-solving, and collaboration across R&D and manufacturing teams. You will help evaluate materials, product performance, and reliability while working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and global vendors. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Materials Engineering
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of silicon processing techniques and microelectronics packaging
  • Strong laboratory, analytical, technical problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ion polishing, particle manipulation, and dimensional or morphological measurement techniques is a plus
