About The Position

The Materials Intern supports the Materials Development team in all essential tasks related to material development. This role involves maintaining and organizing the Materials Library at HQ, building and maintaining seasonal materials boards, and supporting the team with tracking and materials submission management. The intern will also be responsible for ordering and tracking samples/prototype yardage from providers, maintaining the color library at HQ, and coordinating shipping and receiving of packages. Additional support to the Materials Team will be provided as needed.

Requirements

• Final year student currently enrolled in Fashion Design, Marketing or Textile design
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe + Microsoft suite.
• Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation) and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Strong presentation skills
• Attention to detail and discretion
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
