We are seeking an onsite Marketing Materials Intern who is seeking a hands‑on internship supporting the marketing team by coordinating branded materials, merchandise, and inventory while gaining real‑world experience in marketing operations, vendor communication, and product launch support.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to handle light physical tasks such as organizing, receiving, and moving marketing materials as needed.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Order business cards and nametags for new hires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with sourcing and ordering branded consumables such as pens, notepads, lanyards, and other marketing materials.
  • Help coordinate release merchandise for new product launches and implants, learning how marketing supports product rollouts.
  • Update and maintain designs for consumables, signage, and banners, collaborating with the marketing and design teams.
  • Track requests and follow up on approvals for marketing materials and time‑sensitive projects.
  • Communicate with shipping vendors (FedEx, UPS) to assist with claims, label cancellations, and delivery issues, building professional communication skills.
  • Print, assemble, and prepare materials for internal use and material loans, including bills of materials.
  • Receive incoming merchandise shipments from vendors and help verify order accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of marketing supplies, learning how to monitor stock levels and request or place replenishment orders.
