We have an opportunity for a Materials Coordinator (Office Administration) to join our Ashland, OH team. You will Support Operations and Human Resources functions through administrative office support, data entry, and related departmental activities.

Requirements

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Have administrative experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized
Have an eye for detail
Good with problem solving or communication
Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 25lbs.
Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

Responsibilities

Manage professional presentation of office facilities, manage office supplies and vending/marketing company AVI for lunchrooms, and including the mail room.
Assist time and attendance and attendance program for production employees.
Support shipping documentation/compliance solicitation, record retention requirements and disposition.
Set up work areas for new employees and provide reception support.
Assist in creative input, planning and execution of onsite events and meetings.
Support 5S and ISO auditing assessments.
