About The Position

Our client, a medical technology (MedTech) company located in Orlando, FL, is looking to hire a Light Industrial Materials Coordinator. This role administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The coordinator is responsible for accounting for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities and auditing goods received into the warehouse. This position oversees the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. The role also involves preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space, and ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. This position requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks, as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision-making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in its discipline. The technical procedures for this level are well-defined. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines.
