This role focuses on field inspection, materials evaluation, and quality assurance for construction and maintenance projects. It involves identifying issues, determining root causes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and recommending effective solutions. Responsibilities include inspecting materials and processes, reviewing plans and documentation, performing testing, analyzing data, and reporting findings. The position also supports continuous improvement efforts, stakeholder communication, and technical guidance. In addition, the Materials Coordinator ensures radiation safety compliance, oversees the proper use and storage of nuclear gauges, and provides oversight of consultant contracts through detailed review and evaluation.
