About The Position

This is a part-time opportunity for a Bracket & Kit Material Associate. The role involves gathering and preparing materials for production, setting up and operating basic manufacturing equipment, and assembling and organizing brackets and kits. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 1st shift, with flexible scheduling options. The company is looking for a reliable and dependable team player who can follow instructions and perform hands-on work. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable team player
• Able to follow instructions and read basic prints/measurements
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing hands-on work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare materials for production
• Set up and operate basic manufacturing equipment
• Cut, drill, and bend materials according to blueprints
• Assemble and organize brackets and kits
• Count and stock parts according to BOM requirements
• Restock materials and maintain an organized work area
• Complete required daily paperwork
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
