This full-time Materials Associate position is responsible for processing transactions accurately and timely related to the receiving of physical goods from suppliers, or returned goods from customer departments, stock replenishments, or the filling of customer orders. The role involves executing transactions within the management system, utilizing both PC and RF scanner technologies. Key duties include reviewing and verifying documentation, operating equipment safely, and supervising the receiving and distribution of equipment and supplies. The associate will ensure equipment and supplies are handled, stored, and maintained in a secure environment, remove non-functional items from service, and report issues for corrective action. Maintaining clean and orderly working and storage areas, adhering to safety regulations (including OSHA), and completing daily inspection checklists for powered equipment are also essential functions.
