To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to be responsible for making adjustments, communicating the adjustments to Finance and entering the approved adjustments into QAD. You will analyze customer releases, forecasts, and demand requirements. You will develop and maintain production and material schedules to support manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for updating the tracking spreadsheets accurately. You will assist in overseeing all inventory transactions and reporting on the master schedule. You will be responsible for assisting in the accurate maintenance of inventory and records, and timely entry of receipts into the business system. You will be responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the auto-label printers. You will be assisting in the development and implementation of new processes to improve departmental efficiency. You will partner with Quality colleagues on maintenance of materials/quality systems. You will continuously identify opportunities to improve inventory turns, material flow, and scheduling efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three (3) or more years experience in materials.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (QAD,SAP)
Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Ability to assume responsibility with the corresponding authority and accountability. Results oriented.
Excellent follow-up and accountability skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities
