Together, we secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers. We currently have an opening for a Materials Adminsitrator in our Troy, Ohio location. The hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

  • High School Degree required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing materials function.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and preferably Oracle.
  • Ability to plan and organize assignments.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, walk the manufacturing floor, including stairs, and occasionally perform duties that may require lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning and filing inventory/receipts into the system and maintaining accurate records.
  • Works with Accounts Payable to resolve issues regarding invoices on hold due to receipt issues.
  • Assists the Inventory Control Manager in maintaining inventories of raw materials according to company and customer standards.
  • Performs cycle counts, transfers, and sets up trailer locators.
  • Compares audit information with the inventory computer system and adjusts variances as required.
  • Schedules incoming freight.
  • Maintains all computerized reports.
  • Follows all company-established safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
