Requirements

• Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment safely.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to mount & dismount equipment.
• Capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval.
• Lift truck operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Identify and report any damage or quality issues.
• Advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals.
• Complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
