This role involves packaging materials according to customer specifications and quality standards, operating equipment safely, maintaining quality and safety protocols, and supporting team efforts to meet production goals. Requirements

Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate assigned equipment safely.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to mount & dismount equipment.
Capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time.
Comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of manufacturing and/ /or warehouse experience
Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval
Lift truck operation experience

Responsibilities

Review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
Identify and report any damage or quality issues.
Adhere to safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment.
Work collaboratively with the production crew to meet assigned goals.
Complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
