About The Position

This role is responsible for performing the resin infusion process, assembling chambers, and conducting vacuum leak checks. The Material Tech will monitor vacuum gauges, use temperature probes and infrared temperature guns, and operate an overhead crane and an ice blasting machine. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading ovens, performing preventative maintenance on equipment, maintaining 5S standards, and cleaning work areas. The position requires adherence to all work procedures, safety policies, and company guidelines.

• No experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and speak English

Responsibilities

• Perform the resin infusion process.
• Assemble chambers.
• Perform vacuum leak checks.
• Read and monitor vacuum gages.

• Operate ice blasting machine.
• Load oven.
• Remove parts and resin from chambers.
• Perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Sweep and mop as needed.
• Maintain 5S standards.
• Clean and replace temporary floor as needed.
• Follow all work procedures for the area.
• Comply with all safety and company policies.
