To maintain accurate inventory, receive raw materials and product into RF, issue appropriate materials to production, store and ship according to customer requirements and PCI procedures while maintaining compliance with Department of Homeland Security, OSHA, FDA and other certification agency requirements. To maintain a safe working environment, operate material handling equipment and follow all company GMP and Safety Rules. To ship orders complete, accurately and in a timely manner. Support Warehouse Manager and Material Technician. Essential functions include operating forklifts and clamp trucks safely, performing all Material Handler duties as workload dictates, loading and unloading trailers for shipments and receipts, utilizing IQFR and IQRF transactions for all material movements and order processing, securing trailers, installing and removing dock plates, labeling, stretch wrapping, staging, and shipping orders. The role also involves repacking cartons, cycle counting machine locations, receiving and unloading railcars, notifying management and railroad of issues, performing RTIs for returned components, loading and unloading shuttle trailers, preparing weekly inventory reports, printing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, performing RMA’s and PO receipts, responding to telephone queries, assisting in fiscal year-end inventory audit preparation, training new department employees, ensuring manufacturing support, assisting with Shipping Office operations, ensuring timely and accurate order shipment and invoicing, conducting bin checks, maintaining resin/silo unloading procedures, reporting railcar taps, maintaining export documentation knowledge, obtaining freight quotes, preparing for customer audits, and communicating with night shift employees.
