About The Position

This role involves performing the resin infusion process, assembling chambers, and conducting vacuum leak checks. The Material Tech will monitor vacuum gauges, use temperature probes and infrared temperature guns, and operate an overhead crane. Responsibilities also include operating an ice blasting machine, loading and unloading parts and resin from ovens and chambers, and performing necessary preventative maintenance on equipment. The position requires maintaining 5S standards, cleaning and replacing temporary flooring, and adhering to all work procedures, safety policies, and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• No experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and speak English
• Must be able to lift 45lbs.
• Must be able to wear all required PPE.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in both hot and cold conditions.
• Must be able to work around different types of resins and composite materials.
• Must be able to work around chemicals and solvents such as acetone, releasing agents and various cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities
