About The Position

The Material Stock Handler supports print production by sorting, organizing, and preparing materials and finished products, assisting machine operators and the mailroom, and helping maintain efficient operations, production standards, and quality requirements. The role works collaboratively with team members and supervisors, follows safety procedures and standard operating procedures, and contributes to troubleshooting and process improvement.

This is a weekend night shift scheduled for 12 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The posting advertises premium pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and benefits after 60 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift and move 15–25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand on concrete for 10–12 hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stoop, bend, and stretch regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Reliability demonstrated through attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to foster team cooperation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of Printstream Software.
• Experience operating electric jacks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare materials according to work orders.
• Support the mailroom by retrieving and organizing materials.
• Sort, organize, and prepare finished products for delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Identify and report safety hazards and damaged equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot production challenges and improve processes.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the team's success.
