The Material Requirements Planning Planner is responsible for planning ingredient and/or packaging materials to support Manufacturing and broader Supply Chain demands. The role balances purchase costs, service risk, production complexity, lead time, and material flow to ensure the right material is available at the right place and time. The planner collaborates with Procurement, Manufacturing, Transportation, Quality, R&D, and suppliers to develop and execute material replenishment strategies aligned with business objectives. The position supports company goals for fill rate, non-compliant product mitigation, and attainment. It plans phase-in timing for new product materials and discontinuation timing for obsolete materials, converts material demand into inventory acquisition plans, coordinates replenishment with Manufacturing Planning and Deployment, and works with transportation, material logistics, and approved vendors to move materials to and within plant sites. The planner also supports plant productivity through clear communication with operations, maintains inventory levels and SAP parameters, and resolves quality holds, expired material issues, and blocked invoices. The role is based in or near Bradenton, Florida, or requires relocation for the duration of employment. It uses a blended work environment with three days in the office, transitioning between remote work and in-office operations.
