The Material Programs Analyst supports Heavy Maintenance by coordinating material needs for aircraft maintenance events, including C checks, heavy checks, special visits, special projects, and urgent shop requirements. They partner closely with Technical Operations, Stores, Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and other Teams to ensure parts and materials are available to support maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions. They monitor material activity, document issues and resolutions, communicate critical updates to internal and external Customers, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining regulatory compliance. The Material Programs Analyst leverages strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills to support strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help ensure safe, reliable, and on‑time aircraft maintenance activities. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
