About The Position

Material Program Manager (MPM) needed for the Raytheon AIM-9X program in Tucson, Arizona. This individual contributor role is a great opportunity for someone looking to work directly with the supply base. In this role you utilize your experience of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization to lead material purchasing for sustainment activities and support of production. You will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team. You will have the opportunity to lead the sustainment Estimate at Completion (EACs), resolve supplier issues and conflict resolution.

Requirements

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
U.S. citizenship is required
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

Progressive professional experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance or Supplier Management is required
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Power point)

Responsibilities

Overall supply chain ownership of sustainment and select production suppliers
Develop and execute strategies to perform and meet the Program’s needs
Lead robust and challenging schedule conflicts to meet the Program objectives
Provide accurate forecasting and realization of sales and additional financial metrics
