About The Position

Material Program Manager (MPM) needed for the Raytheon AIM-9X program in Tucson, Arizona. This role requires basic knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process with practical knowledge of project and material management. In this role you will learn and further develop your experience of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. You will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team.

Requirements

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance or Supplier Management
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Power point)

Responsibilities

• Engage with PMO leadership on material strategy execution
• Support supplier engagement and supplier execution
• Review and burn down SCM metrics
