Requirements

Adept with hand tools; strong manual dexterity and small motor skills is required.
Must be able to read and follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

Organizes and prepares material for assembly including but not limited to performing tasks such as poking holes in materials, taping styrene, and assembling CPRD kits.
Achieves and maintains product quality, safety and production standards and levels.
Identifies and reports material problems as required.
Helps train and assist new personnel.
Keeps assembly area clean and organized at all times, especially at beginning and end of shift.
Works well both individually and with others in team environment.
