Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and raw materials according to production specifications and safety standards
- Assist in setting up workstations and organizing supplies for efficient production flow
- Follow proper sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Support the cooking, portioning, and packaging processes as directed by supervisors
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure continuous production
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies during all tasks
