Requirements

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in materials planning, production planning, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment and hands-on experience planning and controlling production orders from release through completion.
Strong SAP experience required (PP/MM modules preferred)
Solid understanding of MRP, lead times, forecasting models and planning principles
Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience acting as a key interface between Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production.
Confident in presenting planning constraints, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure material availability by analyzing MRP results and balancing demand vs. supply
Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock
Coordinate supply execution with purchasing, suppliers, and production
Maintain planning master data (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, forecast parameters)
Resolve supply risks and exceptions (expedite, reschedule, recovery actions)
With a focus on optimization, driving continuous improvements in our material planning processes.
