Material Mover
About The Position
This role involves performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards. The Material Mover is responsible for understanding and adhering to all safety requirements, including awareness of surroundings for potential hazards like slips, trips, and falls, safe driving techniques, and proper use of LOTO procedures. The position requires operating lift trucks (clamp and fork), transporting raw materials to the manufacturing floor, and moving finished products to the warehouse for storage. Additionally, the role may involve occasional cycle counts/inventories and accurate scanning of incoming and outgoing product using the Highjump barcode system.
Requirements
- Awareness of surroundings – Slip / Trips / Falls / People
- Safe driving techniques while driving and operating lift
- Proper use of LOTO
- Basic skills with Highjump barcode system
Responsibilities

- Driving lift trucks (clamp and fork).
- Bringing raw materials to the manufacturing floor.
- Taking finished product to the warehouse for storage.
- Occasionally performing cycle count/inventories.
- Accurate scanning of incoming and outgoing product to and from production area.
- Utilizing basic skills with Highjump barcode system.
