About The Position
This role involves performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards. It requires an awareness of surroundings, safe driving techniques, and proper use of LOTO. The employee will understand and adhere to all safety requirements. This position is responsible for driving lift trucks (clamp and fork), bringing raw materials to the manufacturing floor, and taking finished product to the warehouse for storage. Occasionally, the role will perform cycle counts/inventories and accurately scan incoming and outgoing product to and from the production area. Basic skills with the Highjump barcode system are also required.
Requirements
- Awareness of surroundings – Slip / Trips / Falls / People
- Safe driving techniques while driving and operating lift
- Proper use of LOTO
- Basic skills with Highjump barcode system.
