About The Position
This role involves performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards. It requires an awareness of surroundings to prevent slips, trips, falls, and to ensure safe driving techniques while operating lift trucks. The position also demands understanding and adherence to all safety requirements, including the proper use of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout). Employees will be responsible for bringing raw materials to the manufacturing floor, taking finished product to the warehouse for storage, and occasionally performing cycle counts/inventories. Accurate scanning of incoming and outgoing product to and from the production area is essential, along with basic skills in the Highjump barcode system.
Requirements
- Awareness of surroundings – Slip / Trips / Falls / People
- Safe driving techniques while driving and operating lift
- Proper use of LOTO
- Basic skills with Highjump barcode system.
