About The Position

Management of the planning, preparation, issuance, shipment and control of production schedules and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, monitor metrics, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 yrs of leadership experience as manager and/or team lead
• Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bachelors degree
• Previous Sikorsky and/or manufacturing experience
• SAP/ERP experience
• Production control/ Inventory experience/Shipping Experience
