About The Position

AT&F is hiring a Material Handling team member in Cleveland to coordinate and safely move large, complex fabrications around its campus. The role supports work involving fabrications for submarines and other industries served by AT&F. The position includes operating towmotors and cranes, handling equipment and flatbed trucks, reviewing paperwork, and preparing parts. Medical benefits begin on the first day. The stated pay range is $22.00–$27.00 per hour; starting pay depends on skills, experience, and ability to perform the job.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Tape measure and basic math skills.
• Self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement job instructions.
• Ingenuity and creativity in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate a towmotor for material handling.
• Operate a crane.
• Review paperwork with attention to detail.
• Load equipment.
• Load and unload flatbed trucks.
• Grind and prepare parts for fit-up or after welding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
