About The Position

Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Material Handling Technician for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company based out of our facility in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. This position will be on-site 5 days per week. This position requires the safe and efficient operation of 8,000 to 25,000 lbs. capacity forklifts to successfully load, unload and transfer products and equipment within the plant. This would include roof truss, lumber, shipping, LVL (beams) and panel loaders.

Requirements

• Able to support the department goals and be able to work independently
• Willing to work in all outside conditions- hot, cold, sun, rain, snow etc.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs.
• Know and understand how to safety operator a forklift
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Valid forklift certification card

Nice To Haves

• 3 - 5+ years of forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Complete inspection sheet for forklift daily
• Safely operate forklift during material handling
• Loading and unloading heavy materials from inbound/outbound trucks and railcars
• Banding finished product
• Loading finished product onto trucks for a safe delivery
• Reading work instructions/pick lists
• Cycle count and audit raw materials
• All other duties as assigned
