About The Position
The Material Handling Technician 3 uses technical expertise to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently while supporting teammates and delivering dependable customer service. The role diagnoses, repairs, and rebuilds material handling equipment and performs advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections. The technician maintains accurate service records and equipment, follows safe work practices, and shares expertise by mentoring fellow technicians.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of equipment repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills.
- Certification on at least 75% of the designated product line.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience using precision measuring tools.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A safety-first mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Own tools.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and major components.
