About The Position

Entegris is currently seeking an Material Handling, Inventory Control to join our Warehouse / Logistics team. This position will be based in our Burnet, TX facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of inventory records across the Burnet manufacturing facility and associated third-party logistics locations. You will coordinate cycle count activities, manage inventory reconciliation and correction processes, support fleet management activities related to serialized canisters and cylinders, and provide SAP inventory and logistics support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse operations, or a related logistics function.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Warehouse, Production, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, and Global Supply Chain teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or Logistics modules preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or chemical manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of serialized asset management and fleet administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct, coordinate, and manage weekly IM and WM cycle counts for Burnet Plant inventory and offsite third-party logistics locations.
  • Maintain cycle count documentation and records in accordance with company requirements.
  • Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes of discrepancies, support periodic audits, and perform inventory reconciliations and adjustments as required.
  • Monitor and manage WM inventory integrity within SAP and ensure compliance with local and global inventory control requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support for inventory-related master data issues.
  • Support fleet management activities involving canisters, cylinders, serialized assets, customer-owned canisters, and LPV fleet assets.
  • Process canister conversions for source and process canisters and manage equipment serialization activities in SAP.
  • Capitalize serialized assets as required and maintain serialized equipment records.
  • Research and correct SAP serialization and logical inventory errors involving local and global operations, including third-party logistics providers.
  • Process customer consignment inventory corrections and support Customer Service Representatives with canister return transactions.
  • Create Stock Transfer Orders supporting MRB and inventory movement activities.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for local and global SAP inventory, warehouse, and logistics issues.
  • Generate and process gas shipping documentation and support inventory transactions associated with warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Process non-canister return transactions and support JSI transfer requests.
  • Assist with operational inventory, receiving, labeling, and small parts put-away initiatives as needed.
