Requirements
- Forklift experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills along with strong ability to multitask
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work effectively with peers, management, and other departments.
- Computer literacy and RF scanners

Responsibilities
- Physically receives all incoming packages and orders as well as prepares and ships outgoing packages.
- Verifies quantities ordered match quantities shipped on packing slips and note discrepancies, check shipments for damages.
- Operate the forklift and wrapping machine as needed
- Determines labeling requirements for shipping containers including any special labels required by the customer
- Prepare documents and record receipts in a timely manner
- Move materials from production to finished goods area, and from receiving dock to storage areas
- Ability to use an RF scanning device to move inventory.
- Understanding of inventory location processes and food safety requirements.
- Familiarity with loading trailers and safety of loading trailers.
