Material Handler - 2nd Shift - Enterprise (Enid), OK
About The Position
This position is responsible for product movement within the facility and/or loading product for shipment. This position will be responsible for operating machinery, including ongoing production flow, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This includes mobile equipment operation, maintaining lock out tag out certification, stacking, inspections, material checks, racking, and rack pushing. Candidates must also be willing and able to be certified in pallet jack, fall protection, and forklift operation. Basic computer skills are required for completing training or tasks. The role involves standing, sitting, bending, walking, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting, and reaching. Candidates must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-70 pounds. The work environment includes cold temperatures (ranging from 10 degrees below zero to 105 degrees Fahrenheit) or damp conditions, which may have slippery walking surfaces. Overtime and weekends may be required. Candidates must be able to read and understand labels, recipes, and instructions, and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Must have 6 months of work history with one employer in the past 24 months.
