This position is responsible for product movement within the facility and/or loading product for shipment. This position will be responsible for operating machinery, including ongoing production flow, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This includes mobile equipment operation, lock out tag out certification, stacking, inspections, material checks, racking, and rack pushing. Candidates must also be willing and able to be certified in pallet jack, fall protection, and forklift operation. Basic computer skills are required for training and tasks. The role involves standing, sitting, bending, walking, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting, and reaching. Additionally, the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-70 pounds is necessary. Work environments may include extreme cold (down to 10 degrees below zero) or damp conditions with potentially slippery walking surfaces. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Effective communication and the ability to read and understand labels, recipes, and instructions are essential.
