About The Position

Join our team at Linde! We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products in and out of the warehouse. Day-to-day tasks include shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication and active listening skills
Upholds high standards of honesty and integrity

Nice To Haves

3+ years of Warehouse experience is preferred
Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Will interact with shipping companies, purchasing, and branch management
Directs non-standard issues and customer inquiries to senior warehouse personnel
Follows Linde’s safety procedures and encourages others to do the same
Safely operate forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage and transport product efficiently and effectively
Prepare orders by fulfilling supply requests, packing and arranging materials, and placing product in the delivery area.
Continuously find ways to improve work processes to increase efficiency in quality, customer service and profitability
Maintains a clean work environment by keeping area free of trash and product in correct locations
Other duties as assigned
