The Material Handler is a key player in keeping our production floor running and ensuring we are able to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced, “just-in-time” environment. Cooperation with Machine Operators, Cell Leaders, Supervisors and Set-Up Technicians is essential for this position. We are currently hiring for the Night (11:00 pm - 7:00 am) shift. However, candidates must be flexible to work any/all shifts, and overtime as required.

Requirements

Forklift experience is required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent attendance
Flexibility to work any shift

Responsibilities

Forklift operation
Keeping all production equipment supplied with materials
Keeping Machine Operators supplied with components and packaging
Maintaining cleanliness of the plant floor
Emptying and cleaning grinders
Transporting finished product to the appropriate staging area
Anticipating and preparing for all actions that prevent the occurrence of product, process and quality system non-conformance
