How Will You Make an Impact? As a Material Handler at our Brooklyn, MN facility , you will support manufacturing operations by managing the timely and accurate movement of materials throughout the facility. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain organized work areas, and execute material transactions that directly support production efficiency, quality, and safety. Location: On‑site at our Brooklyn, MN facility.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Ability to follow established material handling procedures accurately.
Basic computer skills for inventory system transactions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Manage all material movement into stock, including dock‑to‑stock activities, Material Requisition Orders (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and system transactions using scanners or computers.
Issue materials from stock including transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP) using inventory systems.
Perform all inventory transactions accurately and verify data as required.
Support and perform cycle counts as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned work areas.
Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.
Comply with all procedures outlined in the company security policy.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
